Our Journey
From repair shop to MSP
We started Fixfactor in 2014 with a simple mission: fix technology properly, honestly, and quickly. Over 12 years and 220,000+ repairs later, we learned something important.
"The best repair is the one you never need."
That insight led us to create Evolfe — and it named the way we work. Resolve when something breaks, Prevent so it doesn't happen again. While Fixfactor continues to excel at repairs, Evolfe provides ongoing IT support that catches issues before they become emergencies.
Our repair heritage gives us an advantage most IT support companies don't have: we understand hardware at component level. We know exactly what causes failures and how to prevent them.
We're in the middle of a technology revolution. While nobody knows exactly where AI will take us, we see our role clearly — it's the third mode we work in, Evolve: orchestrating the best tools for your business, implementing them safely, and making sure technology supports your team — not the other way around.
